ADA
Roberts Hawai'i ADA Compliance
We make all reasonable attempts to accommodate the needs of disabled travelers. Please include any required special accommodations under the comment section at the time of booking. If you require a wheelchair accessible vehicle, the type of wheelchair must be specified in the comments section when booking online, or by directly calling Roberts Hawai'i. Due to limited availability, we require ADA vehicle reservations to be requested a minimum of 48 hours prior to the participation date.
Hanauma Bay ADA Compliance
Hanauma Bay provides ADA-accessible restrooms and pathways to the beach lookout area. The main facilities are wheelchair accessible, but please note that beach access may be limited due to natural terrain.
Free Admission/ID Requirements
Requirements
Kama'aina residents, U.S. active duty military, and children 12 and under may enter for free. Only original IDs that are current will be accepted. Photocopies or digital images of IDs will not be accepted.

Hours of Operation
Hanauma Bay Nature Preserve
Hanauma Bay Nature Preserve is open weekly from 6:45 am to 3:30 pm, Tuesday through Sunday. Closed on Honolulu Marathon day, Christmas and New Year’s day.
Honolulu Zoo
The Honolulu Zoo is open daily from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, Christmas day closed.

Additional Questions
Are we allowed to bring outside food and drinks to Hanauma Bay?
Visitors can bring a small personal cooler with snacks and non-alcoholic beverages to enjoy at the beach. Please note that glass containers and alcohol are not permitted within the nature preserve. All coolers and bags must be checked by staff for compliance.
Do I have to watch the educational video?
Watching the mandatory 8-minute sustainability video is required for all visitors. Roberts Hawaii guests enjoy the exclusive benefit of watching this presentation in the comfort of our Electric Motorcoaches prior to arrival.
Does Hanauma Bay accept cash?
Hanauma Bay Nature Preserve's concessionaires are cashless, so please bring a credit or debit card to make any purchases.
When do Hanauma Bay tickets become available?
Tickets are released on the 1st of each month for the following month. Availability is limited and can sell out quickly, so we recommend booking as early as possible. Reservations may be available up to approximately 60 days in advance.
